  • EJS is dedicated to securing comprehensive remedies for employment law cases. We aim to recover at least £2 million in compensation annually for our clients. This year (2024), our 19th, we have already secured £3 million in the first two quarters. Our highest annual recovery was £11 million, including an £8.5 million group settlement. Remedies we pursue include reinstatement, compensation, injunctive relief, settlement agreements, and ensuring fair treatment for victims of employment law violations.

  • EJS has pioneered "affordable representation" to try to ensure that its clients are not costed out of justice. This means we deploy fixed/capped fees, lower hourly rates, and, exceptionally, for employees, no win, no fee (25% plus VAT) agreements to mitigate against the higher cost regimes caused by time-spent (pay-as-you-go) cost packages.
