Dear (prospective) Client,
Given the COVID 19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we have had to modify our service to you.
Our priority remains to protect our staff, as far as we can, and to provide our clients with continuity of advice and service.
In light of this, please note that:
- We will not conduct face to face and external meetings over the coming weeks (unless there is no alternative) – using telephone calls or email instead.
- We have robust agile working systems and are currently exercising widespread remote home-working across the firm.
Our aim is to be on hand to help, advise and support you, just as we were before, but remotely and not in person.
However, this will probably mean that phone calls will go to answer phone and then be picked up remotely later in the day or the following day. Hence, our response time will definitely be slower.
We are grateful for your patience at this time while we navigate the logistics of staff working remotely.
